Ecology, Cabbages and Kings

Here's a new illustration created for Amelia's Magazine for an article about

"The Importance of Ecology During the Credit Crunch"

I really love the colour scheme and I had fun creating the drawing and then removing all the lines to leave the coloured silhouettes.

Last Friday I delivered five prints to the very lovely Jessica in her gorgeous shop in Stoke Newington 'Of Cabbages and Kings'. The dinky shop has lovely jewellery, textiles, ceramics (and of course prints!) the furniture is really nice and it has a really lovely atmosphere.

I hadn't been to Stoke Newington before, but I love it! it's got a real village feel with tons of independent shops and cafes, if you're in the area do pop in and visit my prints xx
