Giveaway competition

What a fantastic week, my clever sister Allie and her husband James have made me a beautiful new niece to play with, her name is Isabelle Rose and she is gorgeous! To celebrate I'm having a giveaway - you can win the small Rhino giclee print pictured above and I will post it free of charge to anywhere in the world.

How to enter:
Please leave me a comment below suggesting a name for the rhino, (I'm rather fond of him/her and would like it to have a name rather than just be called Rhino!) I will then choose my favourite name next Thursday 3rd Nov at 11pm GMT contact the winner for their address and get the print sent off to it's new home.

Print details:
योu will win the Rhino artwork pictured above, it is one of a kind and not available for sale in my shop as it was created as a colour proof. It is a professional giclee print with archival pigment inks on 310gsm Hahnemuhle German Etching Paper, hand signed and labelled A/P (Artists Proof) the image size is 24 x 16 cm and it is printed onto a larger sheet 30 x 23 cm.

In other news... I've finished the cover and internal illustrations for the London Magazine, so now I'm working on new projects, flowers for Strutt & Parker and typography for Glamour Magazine.

Good luck with the giveaway and I'll announce the winner next Friday ... x

Two highly under used names are Chomp and Chief. However, if pushed I would go for Topsey. Congratulations on your great news!

I would call this rhino 'Diamond Hide' because a rhino's hide is very tough (as is a diamond); and I have always thought that this rhino was made up of lots and lots of shiny jewels (or diamonds). Or you could just cally it 'jewely' instead of julie. hee hee. I'm not so good with naming but I have always loved this rhino!

congratulations on your new niece!

Congrats on your niece, this Rhino is so cool, I would call her Edith. I'll keep my fingers crossed as I'd love to win this print.

With such striking aesthetic embellishments, it reminds me of the V&A museum. So for that reason he looks like a Prince Albert to me :)

Hmm - as s/he is celebrating the new arrival, how about combining all their names to make Jallibelle?

I think he is called Rhodri and lives in the Welsh Valleys. He's a very cool grumpy rhino I hope that I win :-)

I'd call her Isis, as she reminds me of Durer's famous rhino drawing. A lovely piece of work, in any case - and congrats on your new niece!

We've been ignoring work in our office and the whole team has been working on this one (if we win it will go in reception). The decision has been made... his name is Hornicus

I'd call him Reginald! Reginald Rhino :)

I would like to call her Rani

He is a very 'bling' rhino - all those intricate details on his hide look like sparkling little jewels. He's probably the sugar daddy of the rhino pack so i'd name him 'Sugar'.
