I'm just back from a wonderful sketchbook trip to the Scottish Orkney Islands. I saw a huge number of seals, but the puffins were elusive - I was thankfully saved by the museum in Stromness who had a stuffed puffin in their natural history section which was a real pleasure to draw!
I've returned to a huge number of deadlines for really exciting new projects so the next few months are going to be VERY busy, I can't spill the beans yet but watch this space...
